About the role :
- We are looking for a motivated and energetic professional Customer Relation Executive who will be responsible to monitor escalations, enhance efficiency, analyse metrics, handle high-priority issues, collaborate with teams, and stay up-to-date with industry trends for exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer queries and concerns professionally.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
- Implement strategies for customer retention and encourage repeat business.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
- Analyze feedback to suggest process improvements and optimise customer experience.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service or relationship management.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and empathy.
- Problem-solving abilities and proactive attitude.
- Time management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
