Bdiapers - Executive - Business Development (3-4 yrs)
Bdiapers is looking for a rockstar sales/business development executive who can help drive sales and distribution of our unique diapering solution within the physical stores.
The position will require traveling within Bangalore and database generation ( through online and offline research ) of key accounts and baby stores across the city.
The major responsibilities of the candidate include:
1.Key Sales. Optimizing the number of productive shops hold our Bdiapers range. Full range of sales marketing and business development.
2. Appointment of distributors. Ensuring efficient and financially strong distributors are in place, adhere to stocking norms, and meet all other company requirements. Ensuring monthly payment from all distributors.
3.Creating brand visibility. Ensuring product visibility in the market and proper utilization of POS with appropriately placing products on retailers shelves, maintenance of FMFO, and relocating wherever necessary
4. Account management - maintaining relationships with key stores and distributors. Delivery of revenue, and market share objectives. New account acquisition and maintaining old accounts. Ensuring growth at the sub-category level
Minimum qualification
- A passionate interest in business development, sales
- A self-motivated, go-getter, high energy
- Should be comfortable with traveling within the city
- Should have own transport
- At least 3 years of work experience in sales/business development
- Preferably milk/telecom/fmcg/fashion apparel
- MBA (preferred, not mandatory)
