BD Software Distribution - Channel Sales Role (2-4 yrs)
Responsibilities:-
1. Candidate should have 2-4 years of experience in Distributing IT Network Security Products/ Endpoint Security/DLP/Software/Desktop/Laptop sales/Networking Products Sales working with Channel Partners.
2. Should have Experienced in Handling Partners and Customers.
3. Should be able to work in Synergy with OEM/partners.
4. Manage a team of 2-3 Partner Channel Sales Managers for Mumbai & Gujarat Region
5. Assign & align daily & Monthly sales tasks for the team.
6. Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts.
7. Proactively leads a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship.
8. Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates partner needs on an ongoing basis.
9. Sells through partner organizations to end users in coordination with partner sales resources.
10. Manages potential channel conflict with other firm sales channels by fostering excellent communication internally and externally, and through strict adherence to channel rules of engagement.
11. Leads solution development efforts that best address end-user needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company and partner personnel.
12. Ensures partner compliance with partner agreements.
Qualification Required : Graduate / BE / MBA
Experience Required : Minimum 2 years in IT Channel Network Distributing products and solutions.
