BCFC - Telesales Role (0-3 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Reach out to potential clients for Demat Accounts, Equity, SIP, Mutual Funds, Life Insurance, Health Insurance, and General Insurance services.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate financial products such as equity, SIP, life & health insurance, etc.
- Actively promote and explain the benefits of Demat accounts, equity, SIPs, mutual funds (lumpsum), and various insurance products.
- Provide information on different investment and insurance options, guiding customers through the process of signing up.
- Effectively handle objections and close sales through consultative selling.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and potential clients to ensure satisfaction and drive retention.
