Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate new international business development opportunities across the globe.
- Proactively identify potential partners or acquisitions overseas to expand our presence and offerings.
- Lead the end-to-end process of launching and scaling our business in the designated geographies.
- Collaborate closely with required all the departments of the organization to ensure seamless product launches, delivery and other services if any.
- Manage and nurture customer/client relationships throughout the entire sales cycle.
- Drive lead generation, prospecting, and conversion through effective business development strategies and tools.
- Exhibit exceptional negotiation skills while interacting with partners and clients.
- Demonstrate strong ownership of business development initiatives, from concept to execution.
- Exhibit flexibility to travel, both locally and internationally, based on business requirements.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven track record in business development within the Pharma sector.
- Strong lead generation and sales skills with a keen aptitude for negotiation.
- Exceptional ownership of tasks and a track record of successfully navigating complex deals.
- Demonstrated ability to establish and nurture long-term client relationships.
