Battery Smart - Associate - Customer Success (2-5 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
1) Acting as a liaison between customers and the ground operations team
2) Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, and social media.
3) Greet Customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed-upon procedures.
4) Clarify Customer requirements; probe for and confirm understanding of requirements or problems.
5) Raising escalations to respective teams and following up for timely resolution of every escalation.
Qualifications & Experience :
1) Graduates/Undergraduates with 2-3 years of experience
2) Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English & Hindi)
3) Flexible with 24/7 Environment & Rotational shift.
4) Location: Gurgaon Sector 44 (Permanent Work from Office)
