Baskins Robbins - Executive - Field Marketing (2-4 yrs)
- Responsible for creating new, innovative ideas & design campaigns to support the sales team in achieving store targets, doing Field Marketing
- Support with marketing activities for new store openings
- Working closely with the creative team to ensure best designs as per brand guidelines & objectives
- Creating marketing campaigns for stores to increase ASPD (Average sales per day), AWPD (Average walk-in per day), and APC (Average per check)
- Ensure that the brand activity leads to healthy commercial revenue for the company as well as stores
- Providing on time evaluation of marketing activity undertaken
- Track & monitor ROI, report on marketing spends and competitors analysis
- Delivery of all planned brand marketing activity on time, within budget while also working on ways to improve processes
- Working closely with purchase and suppliers to ensure minimal spends without hampering the goal of the activity. Co- ordinate with ops & sales team
