- You will be part of our Learning and Development team, adding your expertise and skills to the training delivery of product, process and softer aspects to the employees which will support organization development.

What Will You Be Doing On A Daily Basis ?

- Your primary objective will be to support and facilitate key learning and development team objectives throughout the organization by facilitating employee development initiatives to support the business through both training and delivery. You will do this by collaborating with various internal + external stakeholders while focusing on the following key objectives:

- To provide support to enhance and update training content across our suite of internal development interventions.

- To plan and organize training calendars, workshops, development programs across the organization.

- To follow up on feedback and action planning with individual development plans.

- To participate in ad-hoc projects.

- To manage learning platforms and systems by tracking data quality, giving input and generating reports.

- To support in new hire learning program 

- Facilitate new hire learning program sessions for the new hires

- To manage learning systems namely Basic Academy, Assessment links and generating results etc.
