BASIC Home Loans - Channel Head/Business Head (10-15 yrs)
- Ability to work independently to set up and lead sales team and processes; and most importantly someone who is execution focused, rather than just building plans
- Coordinate with DSAs and internal sales team to create and execute business plans to meet sales goals
- Manage daily conversion funnel deliver monthly targets
- Responsible for pan-India sales through DSA channel for home loans and LAP
- Engage with DSA partners for customer acquisition and engagement in a cost-effective manner
- Strategize with analytics and finance team to reduce cost of acquisition and increase wallet share per DSA
- Analyze market trends and accordingly develop sales plans to increase brand awareness
- Set up and monitor KPIs for sales team and DSA channel partners for performance monitoring and recommendations
- Implement learning and training for all channel partners for process, product, technology and soft skills training
- Implement policies for technology adoption and utilization
- Evaluate team sales performance and recommend improvements
- Liaise with cross-functional operations, product, marketing, and other central teams to ensure process efficiency
