Job Title: Business Development Executive
Location - 100% Remote
Experience - Minimum 4 Years
CTC - 2.4 LPA - 3.6 LPA
We are hiring candidates who have experience as Business Development Executive, along with a proven track record of success to join our team. Main responsibilities will include lead generation & building lasting client relationships & strategic and operational business development. You must be a team player with a positive attitude; excellent communication and people skills are a must.
Responsibilities:
- Willing to familiarize yourself with the company's vision and mission, seeking to accomplish set goals and objectives.
- Conducting market research and identifying potential clients.
- Identifying new revenue opportunities
- Developing and executing sales plans to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
- Attending networking events to attract and retain clients
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management, staff, and clients.
- Maintaining and updating sales, marketing, and business development documentation
- Expertise in lead generation and market research.
- Initiate and control surveys to assess customer requirements and dedication.
- Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses
- Support the team with other responsibilities as required
- Maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities.
- Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures
- Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance.
- Assisting with marketing and promotional projects
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or similar field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in sales, business development or similar role
- Experience with CRM (Zoho) software
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software.
- Experience in managing and growing sales teams
- Excellent multitasking skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to present and explain ideas to a variety of audiences
