Compensation : 10L to 12L CTC + Bonuses
Job Summary :
The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the capability to manage cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Develop and execute strategies to attract and acquire new users across various channels (digital, social media, partnerships, etc.)
2. Optimize user acquisition funnels to improve conversion rates and reduce acquisition costs
- Create compelling campaigns & contest that drive traffic and conversions
3. Implement and manage retention strategies to increase user engagement and loyalty.
4. Analyze user behavior and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and retention
5. Utilize data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for growth
6. Conduct thorough analysis of sales and marketing performance metrics
7. Create and present regular reports on user acquisition, retention, and overall growth metrics.
8. Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for meetings and team updates
Requirements :
1. 3-5 years of experience in growth/sales or sales strategy with a focus on user acquisition and retention. B2C sales experience.
2. Experience in a strategic or operational support role within a startup or fast-paced environment
3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
4. Proficiency in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel) or ability to learn quickly
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Creative mindset with the ability to design and implement effective contests & campaigns strategies.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
8. MUST be a sports person and/or a sports enthusiast
9. Experience in the fantasy league, real money gaming and sports betting industry is preferred
10. Understanding of web3 applications and cryptocurrency markets
