Barrownz Group - Telecaller/Customer Service Role (1-4 yrs)
Responsibilities :
Respond to Customer Inquiries : Address customer questions and concerns via phone, email, chat, or in-person.
Resolve Issues : Handle complaints, process returns, and provide solutions to customer problems.
Process Orders : Receive orders, calculate charges, and process payments.
Maintain Records : Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with Teams : Work with sales and other departments to improve customer service strategies.
Monitor Satisfaction: Track customer satisfaction levels and report feedback to management.
Qualifications :
Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Problem-Solving : Ability to handle various customer issues and provide effective solutions.
Multitasking : Comfortable managing multiple tasks and using different customer service tools.
Patience and Empathy : Ability to remain calm and patient, especially under pressure.
