Barrownz Group - Manager - Business Development (1-3 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through market research and networking.
- Developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborating with the marketing and technical teams to create effective sales strategies and promotional materials.
- Negotiating contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction.
- Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and challenges.
- Preparing and presenting sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
- Attending industry events, conferences, and meetings to stay updated on market developments and expand the network12.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar role within the IT industry.
- Strong understanding of IT products, services, and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel as needed
