Barracuda - Analyst - Customer Service/Technical Support (0-2 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with a core team of Analysts that specialize in stopping malicious traffic and content from reaching our customers
- Classify spam, viruses, and domains on the Barracuda Real-Time System
- Investigate IPs found on Barracuda's reputation list
- Work with JIRA and Salesforce queues
- Assist engineers with creating and implementing new strategies in stopping spam and viruses
- Assist technical support with customer cases

Position Requirements :
- Prior experience in a customer service or technical support is desired
- Interest in technology and security
- Ability to differentiate types of spam, viruses and domains
- Ability to work and contribute to a team
- Must be methodical and cautious
- Must act mature and professional when dealing with particular content
- Motivated and eager to learn and contribute to new technologies
- Has the ability to adapt to a fast changing environment
Qualifications :
- 0-2 years experience in a customer service or technical support is desired
