Job brief : We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Manager, who is creative and understands D2C marketing and can manage external and internal communications. As a member of the team, you- ll look for ways to refine, improve, and expand our brand reach, presence, positioning, and social media community. You should have an eye for neat designs and creative communication.
Responsibilities :
- Be very objective and clear with creating and delivering briefs
- Be efficient and stern with managing deadlines
- Develop effective marketing and corporate communication strategies
- Manage internal communication and coordination across teams
- Manage brand campaigns from ideation to launch
- Strategize and execute ATL and BTL activations (offline)
- Manage and coordinate with external agencies for marketing related initiatives
- Track and analyse the performance of advertising campaigns
- Manage the marketing budget and ensure that all marketing material is in line with our brand identity
Requirements and skills :
- Should have creative marketing and/or sales experience
- Should have brief knowledge about influencer marketing
- Comfort with working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrable experience in marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learn
- Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate
- Knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) is preferred
- Experience in executing BTL and ATL campaigns (offline) is highly preferred
- Should be comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets
- A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
- A business degree or a degree in Marketing is preferred
