About the Role :
You will be a key player in identifying the needs of customers, providing recommendations on ways to improve productivity and customer satisfaction levels. If you have fantastic interpersonal skills and be excellent communicators, you are the right person for this role. The tasks would involve:
- Formulate strategies for collecting feedback from customers- segregation of customers, defining sample size, formulating feedback questions etc
- Set-up customer feedback collection process via different channels- WhatsApp, SMS, Emails
- Call customers and collect primary data for analysis
- Provide support in product sampling activities
- Conduct product surveys to understand customer sentiments/ needs/ requirements
- Identifying tools and softwares for better feedback collection
- Monitor individual product performance objectives, and assure customer satisfaction and target goals are met
- Analyse collected data from customers and draw conclusions and recommendations for the team
About You
- Excellent communication skills and experience in customer handling
- Self-driven and motivated to take initiatives
- High level of patience, empathy and courtesy in a high call volume environment.
- Confident to set-up an efficient feedback process
- Knowledge of customer service practices
- Experience working in customer service or sales
- Experience in data handling (MS-Excel is must)
- Undergraduate degree required
