- Must be from F&B background, preferably from 5 Star property
- Excellent communication skill- both oral & written.
- Should be willing to travel but base location will be Kolkata
- Location : H.O, Kolkata
- Minimum Experience : 5 years
Job Description :
- Should have knowledge of banquet sales
- Creation of functional prospectus and liasoning with other departments before and during the event
- Prepare contract as per company policies and getting it duly signed as required by the clients prior to all events
- Party/Outdoor catering management in tandem with respective departments
- Taking care of overall Outdoor catering management in sync with other departments
- Tie-ups for Outdoor catering
- Analyse the gaps & coming up with solution to increase business prospect
