BankIT - Key Account Manager (2-6 yrs)
Key Account Manager
- Retain top customers and nurture those key relationships over time.
- Upselling and Cross selling.
- Addressing and resolving key clients complaints.
- Acting as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams.
- Compiling reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts for account teams and stakeholders.
- Developing a thorough understanding of key clients' needs and requirements and preparing customized solutions.
- Negotiating contracts with key clients and meeting established deadlines for the fulfilment of each client's long-term goals.
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction as well as up-sell and cross-sell potential within existing customers to maximize share of wallet.
Mandatory Skills :
- Minimum 2+ years experience in account management
- Candidates from Fintech Industry are preferred
- Advanced problem resolution skills and communication abilities
- Excellent word processing and spreadsheet skills
- Ability to anticipate customers needs and match them with appropriate products and services
- Comfort with working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
