We are hiring for for Call center executives.(Customer Relationship Officer).

Work Location - Banglore, Bagmane Tech Park, Cv Raman Nagar.

Shift -General(No Night Shifts)

Qualification - Minimum PUC,(10th standard + 2) Pass.

- Language proficiency sought in candidates: English & Hindi Mandatory . Excellent English speaking skills.

- 5 days a week work(rotational offs).

Responsibilities:

- The candidate will be involved in domestic telecalling process.

- Required to answer customers queries for various reasons

- Resolve complaints and provide information

- Providing solutions to the customer & helping them with their problems.

- No Cold Calling involved.

- Should have minimum 1 year of experience in customer service in telecalling

- There should not be any break in service.

- Banking / Insurance process experience will be an added advantage.

- Aadhar card and Pan Card are mandatory.

- Relieving Letter and Payslips from the current organization or previous organization is mandatory.

SHOULD BE AVAILABLE FOR F2F INTERVIEW ON WEEKENDS(EITHER SATURDAY OR SUNDAY).
