Designation: Customer Relationship Officer
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Tele calling / Voice process.
Role: As a CRO, the individual will take care of Process Verification for Loans, Credit Cards, Insurance Products.
1. Day Shift role.
2. The candidate will be involved in domestic tele calling process.
3. No Cold Calling involved.

5. Good communication in English and Hindi are mandatory.
Required Experience:
1. Should have minimum 1 year of experience in customer service in tele calling
2. There should not be any break in service.
3. Banking / Insurance process experience will be an added advantage.
4. Aadhar card and Pan Card are mandatory.
5. Relieving Letter and Payslips from the current organization or previous organization is mandatory.
