Bankaks - Executive - Business Development (5-7 yrs)
Were currently hiring a Business Development Executive for sales/marketing team from Kerala. You will support both business and operational functions. This person must be a self-starter with strong intuition, organization, and accountability. Fast, concise, and clear communication is key as is cross-functional relationships with global and local teams. We need someone who is persistent and loves getting to know new people.
Requirements :
- Must speak, Malayalam, Hindi, English and any other languages is advantage
- Possess a bachelors degree in any discipline
- 5-7 year working experience in E-commerce and/or Digital Markets and outdoor sales
- Experience working with GCC / Gulf Countries companies or customers
- Availability to relocate and move outside India
- Stores (mainly supermarkets) onboarding experience.
- Intuitive and insightful, particularly regarding human behavior.
- Computer literate particularly with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail, willingness to develop, and learn new skills.
- Good writing, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work under pressure and efficiently. Ability to communicate effectively and professionally. Ability to follow oral and written instructions.

Responsibilities :
- Inquire new clients and partners (supermarkets & Kiranas) through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and marketing.
- Develop with Marketing team campaigns and Partners pitch; to inquire new clients and partner
- Will be leading a small team of sales and partners (3-6 staff)
- Will develop and lead new staff training
- He will lead & support the outdoor team; define target areas, locations, sales targets and daily,weekly and monthly plans for sales and marketing.
- He will be focusing on growing larger sales partners beside the sales team to achieve targets
- Research and connect with prospective clients on the field
- Design fit for purpose promotions sales and marketing campaign, sports events, mass onboarding to our App..etc
- Develop brand partners to help sales and promotions.
- Design and implement on-field sales plans and customer acquisition strategies based on the insights and market research
- Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients in our APP/web.
- Equipping staff with the technical and social skills needed to enhance sales.
- Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes.
- The candidate should also be detail-oriented, committed to meeting tight deadlines, eagerness to learn new things, and be able to work under pressure.
- Fulfill different tasks as required by higher management to support the business
