Designation : Customer Relationship Officer/Customer Support Officer
Location : Chennai
Education : Should have passed 10th & 12th / Should have passed 10th & +3 years Diploma / Graduate / Post Graduate
Shift Timings : 9:00 A.M to 6:00 P.M (including all the breaks in between)
Working Days : 7 days of Working and 2 Day of rotational Off. (Note: Saturday & Sunday will NOT BE a fixed off)

Role :
- As a CRO, you will take care of Process Verification for Loans, Credit Cards, Insurance Products through calling.
- Day Shift role.
- The candidate will be involved in domestic telecalling process.
- No Cold Calling involved.

Required Experience: Should speak fluently in Hindi and English is mandatory.
