Requirement for Business Development Associate
- Experience : 0 - 4 years
- Location : HSR Layout, Bangalore
- CTC : 3,00,000 Rs to 5,00,000 Rs. P.A. (Best in the Industry)
- Job requires extensive field work to meet and develop business with new and existing B2B & B2C customers in Bangalore.
- Candidate will be responsible for taking the complete client experience ownership, and will also work on collecting customer contact information, setting up client meetings, and converting clients, gathering requirements, and resolving delivery and operational issues (if any).
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Taking ownership of client relations.
- Resolving any operational issue post conversion.
- Understand product and services offered by us to the customers.
- Prepare visit plan to new and existing allocated customers.
- Visit customers, brief and sell our products.
- Brief Sales Head about customer profile regarding customer segment, type of requirement, potential, buying pattern, current sources of procurement etc.
- Follow-up for quotation, negotiate and secure the order as per guideline of sales head.
- Follow up for timely execution of the order and payment collections.
- Complete monthly conversion targets.
Reports:
- Daily visit plan and activity report to Sales Head.
- Periodical report to Sales Head as directed from time to time.
- Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- Any Graduate/Undergraduate
- Freshers can apply
- Good communication in English and Kannada.
- Two Wheeler Must.
