Banga Solar - Executive - Sales (1-2 yrs)
Job Responsibility :
- Customer Identification, Generating & converting the lead in sales
- Appointing new channel partner, generating sales through them and provide support
- Prepare proposals, quotes, contracts or presentation for potential solar customers
- Market study and competitors update for suggesting new expansion plan
- Marketing to EPC companies, integrators. contractors and solar product suppliers and dealer
- Contacting potential leads independently for assigned territory/ geography & following-up till closing.
- Executing sales strategies for expanding the company's customer base across assigned territory.
- Identifying requirements & pitching our products & provide knowledge-based solutions to customers or Business partners on a regular basis.
- Regular follow-up with Customers & Business Partners to cultivate relationships in order to maintain the existing business & to expand the customer base & opportunity pipeline.
- Prompt follow-up for Orders, Commercial Terms, Payments, Approvals, After Sales etc.
- Keep a track on competitor products & pricing & modifying the sales approach accordingly.
- Participate in various Marketing Campaigns to promote & establish existing & upcoming products.
- Co-ordination with the Logistics Team to ensure timely dispatches.
Generate leads and following them till closing
- Understanding customer's needs, finding solutions and offering best solutions
- Coordinating with sales team to estimate future stocks and devise sales strategy
- Calling prospective customers and travel to meet them personally
- Organizing and helping sales team at trade shows, road shows and other marketing events
- Drafting proposals, order confirmations and sending invoices to customers using ERP/ CRM system
- Close coordination with logistics to ensure smooth delivery of goods to customers
- Developed new business by networking with valuable customers
- Identified and pursued valuable business opportunities to generate new company revenue and improve bottom line profit
- Devised effective marketing, sales and other promotional initiatives
- Reached out to potential customers via telephone, e-mail and in-person inquiries
- Represented company and promoted products at conferences, exhibitions and trade association meetings

- Negotiated, prepared and signed contracts with customers
