A Bancassurance Specialist plays a crucial role in integrating banking and insurance services to meet the financial needs of customers.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Analyze customer needs and identify cross-sell opportunities.
- Explain banking and insurance products and processes.
- Recommend suitable financial products based on customer needs.
- Stay informed about banking and insurance policies.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Provide after-sales support and services.
- Improve customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets.
Qualification and Experience :
- Bachelors' Degree mandatorily.
- At least 2+ years' experience in banking sales & marketing.
- 3+ years in residential or native.
- Proven Knowledge of banking and insurance.
