Bancassurance Specialist - Sales - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
Job Description:
A Bancassurance Specialist works with bank staff to promote and sell insurance products, provide expert advice to customers, and ensure smooth coordination between the bank and the insurance company while meeting sales targets.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Build friendly and helpful relationships with bank employees.
- Help the bank's staff find customers who need insurance.
- Help customers understand their insurance options and choose the right one.
- Stay in touch with customers to assist them after they sign up.
- Show bank employees how to sell insurance effectively.
Qualification and Experience:
- Bachelors' Degree mandatorily.
- At least 2+ years' experience in banking sales & marketing.
- 3+ years in residential or native.
- Proven Knowledge of banking and insurance.
