Bancassurance Sales Role - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
A Bancassurance Sales Representative play crucial roles in the financial services industry by promoting and selling insurance products through banking relationships.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Recruit, develop, and manage a group of Bancassurance Sales Representatives.
- Develop and preserve solid connections with partner banks and financial institutions.
- Keep abreast with the latest insurance offerings, rules, and market developments.
- Create and uphold connections with important accounts and high-value clients.
- Teach and mentor sales representatives about the many insurance products available.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in a related discipline is required
- Demonstrated sales and team leadership skills, preferably in bancassurance or insurance sales.
- The candidate must be local.
- From 22 to 38 years of age
