Bancassurance Officer - Sales (1-3 yrs)
As a Bancassurance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our insurance business through strategic partnerships with banks.
Key Responsibilities :
- Relationship Management : Establish and nurture strong relationships with bank partners at various levels, including branch managers, relationship managers, and senior executives.
- Product Training : Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs to bank staff on our insurance products, ensuring they have a deep understanding of product features, benefits, and selling techniques.
- Sales Performance : Monitor and analyze sales performance of our insurance products through bank channels, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing corrective measures.
- Campaign Management : Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to drive insurance sales through bank channels, leveraging digital marketing tools and customer insights.
- Compliance Adherence : Ensure strict compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies related to insurance sales and distribution.
- Team Management : Lead and motivate a team of bancassurance specialists, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve sales targets.
