Job description
We are hiring Inside Sales Executive for IT sales
Experience Required - 1-5Years (Should have experience in Cold calling, Inside Sales, Prospecting, Fixing appointment, IT Sales)
The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads and converting these leads into successful business for the organization.
The candidate should have prior experience in sales or business development for IT sales
-Key Responsibilities :
- Identifying new business development opportunities in global and domestic markets.
- Driving lead generation efforts and new client acquisition through various channels(Linkedin Sales Navigator, Cold calling & Cold emailing)
- Creating pitches and proposals including requirements gathering for successful conversion of leads.
- Understanding and analyzing business & technical requirements from clients.
- Conducting introductory calls and following up with clients both online.
- Nurturing leads and follow-ups.
- Relationship management with existing and potential clients.
- Quality checking of company's sales processes.
- Developing and implementing new marketing and sales strategies to achieve sales goals and revenues.
- Networking to gain potential leads.
Required Skills :
- Must have strong drive to results and passion for growing businesses.
- Must have knowledge of IT Sales or IT Service Sales.
- Must have deep understanding of marketing principles.
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills including presentation skills.
- Must be self-motivated and a good team player.
- Must have strong decision-making, and problem solving skills.
- Must have ability to provide quality leadership to Sales team.
