Role Overview:

As a Strategy & Growth Manager, you will be responsible for conducting market research, defining go-to-market (GTM) strategies, managing strategic projects, and ensuring seamless coordination with the New Product Development (NPD) team. You will monitor and optimize growth in aggregator channels (Swiggy, Zomato) and quick commerce platforms (Blinkit, Instamart) while crafting effective pricing, discounting, and promotional strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Growth Strategy for Aggregator & Quick Commerce Channels

- Monitor performance in Swiggy, Zomato, Blinkit, and other aggregator channels to drive sales, increase market share and profitability

- Optimize catalog visibility, conversions, and customer retention strategies for these platforms

- Leverage data analytics to identify key growth levers and execute targeted interventions.

Market Research & GTM Strategy :

- Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape

- Develop Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies for new product launches, ensuring alignment with business goals

- Work closely with the NPD team to introduce new product lines based on market insights

Project Management & Cross-Functional Coordination :

- Own and execute key strategic projects by collaborating with cross-functional teams, especially NPD, supply chain, and marketing

- Ensure timely execution of projects with clear milestones, tracking, and reporting mechanisms.

- Identify bottlenecks in execution and proactively implement solutions

Pricing, Discounts & Offers Strategy :


- Develop competitive pricing strategies aligned with market trends and business goals

- Strategize and implement discounting, bundling, and promotional offers to drive sales across different channels

- Continuously monitor ROI on ads, pricing decisions and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting :


- Define key growth KPIs and track performance through dashboards

- Conduct regular performance reviews and competitor benchmarking to drive continuous improvement

- Work closely with operations and marketing teams to generate actionable insights

Key Skills & Qualifications:

- 3-6 years of experience in strategy, growth, or project management roles, preferably in D2C, e-commerce, or quick commerce sectors

- Strong experience in market research, GTM strategy, and cross-functional project execution

- Hands-on expertise in managing aggregator and quick commerce channels like Swiggy, Zomato and Blinkit (preferred, but not mandatory)

- Deep understanding of pricing, discounting, and promotional mechanics in a digital-first ecosystem

- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, SQL (not mandatory), or data visualization tools

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills for cross-team collaboration

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and drive multiple projects simultaneously.
