Job Summary :
This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Specialist located in Bengaluru. As a Sales Specialist at BajuGali, you will be responsible for engaging with clients, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales. Your day-to-day tasks will include handling client inquiries, building and maintaining relationships, conducting sales training, and managing sales targets.
Key Responsibilities :
- Client Acquisition : Identify and target potential clients within the defined market segments, industries, and geographical regions. Develop and execute effective prospecting strategies to generate new business leads.
- Consultative Selling : Understand clients' business goals, challenges, and marketing objectives. Offer customized advertising solutions that align with clients' needs, providing value through your in-depth industry knowledge and understanding of advertising trends.
- Relationship Building : Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, becoming a trusted advisor and point of contact. Actively engage in client communications to gather feedback, address concerns, and explore upselling opportunities.
- Sales Process Management : Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact and needs assessment to proposal development, negotiation, and contract finalization. Ensure timely and accurate documentation of sales activities using the company's CRM system.
- Market Research : Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in the advertising field. Translate this knowledge into actionable insights to stay ahead of market changes.
- Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, creative, and account management, to develop comprehensive advertising solutions that align with clients' goals and deliver exceptional results.
- Sales Targets : Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets on a consistent basis. Take ownership of revenue generation and contribute to the company's overall growth.
- Reporting : Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to sales management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and potential areas for improvement.
- Continuous Learning : Proactively seek opportunities for personal and professional growth by attending industry conferences, workshops, and training sessions.
- Ethical Practices : Adhere to the company's code of ethics and compliance guidelines in all sales activities.
Qualifications :
- 2-3 years of Experience in Media Industry preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Proven experience in sales, with a focus on media and advertising
- In-depth knowledge of ATL and BTL advertising services
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong customer service mindset
- Experience in providing training and support to sales teams
- Sales management skills
Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial for this role :
- Experience in the advertising industry is preferred
- Ability to analyze market trends and provide insights
