Bajaj Electricals - Territory Head - Sales - Luminaires/Commercial Lighting (1-8 yrs)

- Now we have this opening for Territory Heads - Luminaires in Hyderabad/Vijayawada.
Achieve Sales & Collection targets :
- To develop and execute on a monthly basis business strategies in attaining the Sales & Collection targets.
- Plan & participate in marketing activities inorder to promote sales of products.
Manage Dealers & Customers :
- Managing & Coordinating with the Channel Partners (Dealers) in the assigned area and assist them in sales
- Taking care of stock movement of channel partners.
- Expansion Of Channel in terms of Reach and Extraction by developing new channel partners by tapping new market territories.
- To establish and develop the Market Leadership of the organization in the given Territory.
- Train dealer's personnel on product knowledge.
- Ensure proper product merchandising and establish stocks norms with the dealers as per market and ensure stocking levels, replenishing them.
- Managing major contractors, working closely with consultants & specifiers in the assigned territory.
- Generate enquiries through various means & convert enquiries to orders.
- Keeping track of the sales conversion ratios & regularly upgrade skills level to improve conversion
- Ensuring timely settlement of the claims of the channel partners.
Market / Competitor Analysis :
- Research, Collate and Prepare the Report on market information, i.e. competitor's pricing, programs and performance etc.
- Identify, research, and contact prospective customers and build positive relationships that will generate future sales and repeat business.
- Refer sales leads, customer feedback, and information on competitor activity, inorder to respond to changing market conditions and customer demands.
Sales Administration :
- Incorporation of daily sales administration, procedures such as daily sales & collection reports.
- To analysis and prepare the sales report and sent it as per the requirements to the Reporting Manager on regular basis.
- Ensuring the sales schemes has been implemented by the channel partners as per the plan.
Specifications :
Essential Qualification : B.E/B. Tech Electrical(Preferred) or other any BE/B.Tech
Desired Qualification : MBA/PGDM
Experience : 1 - 8 Years
Industry Preference : Electrical Products namely Lighting based, cables, Switchgear, Elevators, Motors
- Strong ability to manage the task at hand and plan for the future
- Interpersonal skills and skilful organization of tasks; ability to work with little or no supervision.
- Conversant in English & local language
- Capable of making individual Sales Presentations
- Good Technical Knowledge in Commercial Lighting and Electrical domain
