Now we have this opening for Cluster Head - RREP(ToC) in Chennai.

Job purpose & Scope

To roll out & Sustain RREP process based on key metrics, people management right from DSO level upwards till TOC Champs.

Major Areas of Responsibilities

1. Implementation / Roll out

- Adherence to roll-out Calendar

- Pre RREP-Preparations, Follow-up & Coordination

- Check list Confirmation

2. Sustenance

- SOP adherence Training with cause & effect to AH/TH & Distributor

- Weekly Review training - With TH, DSO & Distributor

- Monthly Review training & Participation - With AH & Distributor with market working

- Ensuring weekly and monthly reviews/documentation

- Validation of review's action plan

- SOP Adherence action plan in the defined format

- Ensuring time line adherence on suggested actions during sustenance activity

- Beat Realignment

- DSO App - Adherence

- Increase of Specific SKUs sales

3. Man Management

- Review of own team

- Refresher training for own team to improve effectiveness

- Allocation of man-days for both rollout & sustaining activity

Essential Qualification: Graduate

Desired Qualification: - MBA

Experience: 8 to 10+ years of experience in channel sales or in TOC environment
