Now, we have the below opening for our Trade Marketing division in Hyderabad.
Position: Area Head - Trade Marketing(Morphy Richards)
Major Areas of Responsibilities :
- Identifying, planning & ensuring that BTL activity (In shop Branding / Glow sign boards / Arches / In store Promotions / POSMs ) are done as defined & documented
- Ensure prompt feedback to the Regional Head and Circle Head with regard to Market intelligence (New product launched, New activity, New BTL activity etc.) & Competition bench marking
- Ensuring sustained increase in Secondary Sales - range & reach in coordination with sales and data analytics team.
- Maximize participation of retailers under Retailer bonding programme
- Impart on the job training to DSOs and ISDs
- Management of ISPs & Merchandisers
Person Specifications
Essential Qualification: Any Graduate
Desired Qualification: MBA/Post Graduate in management
Experience: 3 - 7 years post qualification work experience in distribution/Sales capability role
Industry Preference: FMCG/FMCD/Consumer Electronics/Appliances
