Key Responsibilities :

- Develop various sources of IC hiring & build a team of ICs & ICs pipe line

- Ensure product knowledge by BALIC ways of training

- Field demonstration (FOD's).

- Work with IC on planning and reviewing of activities and goals

- Achievement of monthly, quarterly & yearly business plans

- Ensure companies product mix sales and adhere to the business norms

- Be BALIC brand ambassador & a customer champion

- Hold periodical customer meet to understand customer pulse & need

- Ensure customer queries are responded to satisfactorily as per BALIC standard

Educational Qualifications: Graduate / MBA

Candidate Specification:

- Age not less then 24 years & not more than 40 Years

- Work experience not less then 2 years in relevant field [ sales]

- Experience of handling 4-5 member team for 2 years [ preference]

- sales background - insurance/pharma/fmcg/nbfc/telecom/any life insurance company performer advisor
