Roles and Responsibilities :
1. To build a robust and profitable distribution network PTE/IC/ Distributers.
2. To plan and execute sales and marketing activities for meeting the assigned business target
3. To ensure activation and desired productivity levels of the PTE/IC/ Distributers in the team.
4. To establish a performance culture in the team, through regular performance evaluation / reviews and robust monitoring mechanisms
5. To take initiative for teams development through productivity improvement drives and /or training programs to enable them to achieve / exceed their assigned business targets.
6. To ensure compliance and implementation of desired business practice for quality business procurement.
7. Training & Development Ensure the Product training to the part time employees and resolving the queries as when they need it.
8. Helping with call demonstration to HNI clients with part time employees
9. Tracking the performance of part time sales force on regular basis.
10. Responsible for quality team development and playing important role in expanding the market.
