What you will do ?
- Generate leads from different sources like social media, ads, referrals, etc.
- Identifying customer needs and overseeing service delivery within the business context.
- Maintaining positive relationships with customers that promote retention and loyalty, ultimately improving customer lifetime value and reducing churn.
- A professional approach in answering calls and provide information about products and services, taking input of issues, and their redressal thereof.
- Maintaining records of transactions and interactions.
- Appropriate and timely follow-ups wherever required.
- Escalate unresolved queries to respective departments for accurate redressal.
You should be:
- Should be enthusiastic about business development and operations from the scratch with a startup.
- Should able to take decisions on massive problems.
- Should have a brilliant ability to make strategies.
