Badruka Institute Of Management Studies - Manager - Sales - Admissions & Outreach (4-6 yrs)
Processing of Admission Applications:
- Evaluate and process admissions applications according to BSM's policies and guidelines for admissions decision making
- Ensure accurate record keeping of applications, acceptance offers,rejections, and withdrawals and regular compilation of admissions reports
- Organise in-person and telephonic admissions interviews by coordinating with applicants
- Serve as a resource for applicants regarding admissions procedures, eligibility requirements, and programs offered by answering associated queries
- Manage a team of admissions counsellors and ensure their training meets a high level of quality
- Assist Sr. Manager (Admissions & Outreach) in the creation and amendment of admissions policies and represent the admissions office as required
Recruitment and Outreach:
- Work along the Marketing & Communications team to develop the right content and support in the execution of the marketing plan by keeping abreast of the latest higher education admissions trends
- Help create and distribute promotional materials for admissions to increase brand recognition and achievement of enrolment goals
- Coordinate and conduct programs targeting and recruiting prospective students through campus tours, on-site admissions programs, college visits, etc.
- Analyse trends in student applications and recruitment programs for strategic improvement to the pre-existing processes
Preferred Qualifications :
- Bachelor's with 4-6 years of experience from a recognised Institute or University
- Prior experience in running the admissions process of a top-ranked institute is desirable
- Passion for building world-class institutions of higher education
- Keen interest in technology, social media marketing
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
