Backend Manager - Customer Relationship - Real Estate (3-8 yrs)
- Maintain and develop good relationship with customers through personal contact or meetings or Build client relation and brief them about the project along with arrangements of site visits.
- Customer complaints and query post sales.
- Recovery follow up calls.
- Maintenance activities of available inventory.
- Making Receipt of all payments received from customers clients of all projects.
- Maintenance of Records & Filing of all project documents, cheques and signed agreements.
- Making Agreement for sale (Demand letter, Reminder Letter, Allotment Letter, NOC) in coordination with Legal Department.
- Stamp Duty details to clients, Follow up for Registration.
- Payment follow up with clients. Maintain and follow up the Enquiries data.
- Coordinate with sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and

- Co-ordination with all Departments regarding Invoices, Bank Guarantees, Payment etc.
- Follow-up with clients for payment via email and maintain record.
- Handling and working on ERP Software.
- Co-ordination with Banking Department. Making daily, monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
