Bacancy Technology - Executive - Business Development (2-5 yrs)
Role and Responsibilities :
- 2+ years of relevant experience in selling IT services for enterprise customers with the exposure to USA, Canada, Europe, and Europe.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in presenting software services.
- Generation of new sales leads via personalized emailing, LinkedIn networking, cold calling and other outbound approaches.
- Conducting an initial call with international clients for discussing the service and setting up the appointment with the senior managers for online as well as onsite meetings.
- Establishing and maintaining appropriate pipelines to meet the requirements of the lead targets.
- Brainstorming new approaches to improve the existing process in order to achieve the monthly/quarterly goals.
- Continuously monitor industry updates on which you're working to share the better value in your approaches.
- Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand
- Maintain existing business.
- Should be open to work in a shift as per the assigned campaign, we don't work beyond 10:00pm
What you have :
- Knowledge of industry-specific go-to-market solutions.
- Good understanding of industry-specific business issues.
- Significant business development and project execution experience.
- Pleasant and friendly personality with a good presence of mind.
- Proven success working in a results-oriented environment.
- Understanding of IT Services, Software Product companies and Enterprises.
