Bacancy Technology - Bid Manager (4-8 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute end-to-end bid management strategies for a wide range of IT services deals
- Work closely with the sales team to identify and qualify new opportunities
- Lead the development of high-quality bid responses that clearly articulate value propositions and solutions
- Collaborate with the delivery team to ensure that technical solutions are aligned with customer requirements
- Manage and track all aspects of the bid process, from RFI to contract closure
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at both customer organizations
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in bid management
Required Skills and Qualifications :
- Strong understanding of the IT services industry and the bid management process
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
- Experience with bid management tools and technologies
- Experience in working with global customers and teams
