Roles and Responsibilities
Role : Digital Marketing
Experience- Minimum of Exp 2yrs plus of Digital Marketing Experience for online Business to Consumer business.
Extremely good with facebook marketing.
NOT LOOKING FOR PEOPLE COMING FROM DIGITAL MARKETING COMPANIES
- Must have worked for a Product company and done Digital Marketing/Campaign mgmt.
- Drive Transactions - Develop and execute marketing campaigns on social media to increase organic and paid traffic onto Baby Destination, especially from Facebook.
- Meet or exceed user sign up targets by analyzing data from both organic and paid channels and work together with internal product and tech team to enhance user experience.
Work closely with content team to leverage good quality content and product recommendations to drive affiliate sales.
Optimize user funnel from social media channels.
- Lead efforts in enhancing and building upon SEO to drive organic traffic to website.
Analytics and Reporting :
- Channel and campaign effectiveness (ROI) using marketing tools (Clever TAP, Google Analytics etc.)
- Reporting on various metrics - Engagement, site visits, sign ups etc. ; A/B testing initiatives
- Monitoring the website traffic ( Real Time, Daily, Monthly, Compare ), Source of traffic, User Engagement, finding of the dropping point of user & reason behind the same, Community building : Grow the offline community through tie ups; events etc.
E-Mail Marketing : Increasing subscriptions, engaging them through Emailer, deriving traffic and sales.
- Strategic marketing/communications plans for PR
- Sales Funnel Analysis
Compensation: 5L to 10L
Location: New Delhi
Timing - 9.30 - 7 pm
Working Days - Mon to Saturday
But alternate Saturday off.
