B9 Beverages - Executive - Sales (3-7 yrs)
Primary Function :
- Why does the job exist? Responsible for delivering and maximizing beer Sales, Distribution, Product visibility & Display, Development of sales infrastructure related objectives through leveraging the planned resources & network at the Area Level in Off premise with in the value and parameters set by the Company.

- Achievement of Beer Sales Volume and revenue targets by Month, Quarter and annual in Off premise.
- Achieve Sales, Distribution and Display leadership with in area.
- Strengthen the Distribution network and manage the distributors productively
- Execute trade marketing initiatives.
- Execute Display & Merchandizing guidelines.
- Work Environment
- Describe the working conditions related to the job including, physical requirements, equipment used, time constraints, public contact, etc.
- Job involves close to 26 days of field contact. High physical energy is important.
- Knowledge of email, computer, basic excel is must to carry out the job.
- Also, manage the consumer issues if any

Technical Knowledge / Qualification Required Essential
- Graduate
- Excellent understanding of Sales, Methods & Processes
- Good negotiation skills
- Local language, Hindi, English
- Computer Skills
- Basic Excel, Power point.
