B2C Sales/ Field Sales/Inside Sales Role - Education (1-6 yrs)
1. Must have 1 -5 years of experience in the field sales
2. Must have own Bike, Laptop, and Android phone.
3. Must be fluent in English and Kannada
4. Package: 3LPA - 4.5LPA + (Incentive and allowance)
5. Age Limit: Not more than 28 years
- Inside Sales + Field sales experience preferred
Graduate with 1- 5 yrs. of B2C Sales/ Field Sales + Inside Sales Experience
Good Communication skills:
Must be Fluent in English
Kannada candidates get more preference
Must have experience in tele-sales and field sales.
Laptop (INR 800 as reimbursement) + Two-wheeler (Petrol Allowance given) are
mandatory

Roles & Responsibilities :
- Advise student/ parents for their learning needs through structured Counselling Sessions
- Fix appointments and conduct home demo sessions on daily basis including follow up sessions
- Understand Customer profile & problems to explain implication of ineffective learning methods
- Create the need for Smart Learning and advise student-parent to buy Toppr Subscription as solution
- Handle Objections and Price Negotiation to generate Sales Revenue
- Learn/ Upgrade one's own Product Knowledge and Sales Skills to achieve and exceed growing Sales target(s)
