Role and Responsibilities
Job Summary :
- We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist / Manager to join our B2B sales support team focussed on NorthAmerica Travel . The Sales Support Specialist will play a crucial role in providing administrative and operational support to our sales representatives, ensuring the efficient and effective execution of sales activities.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a customer- centric attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced B2B environment.
Key Responsibilities :
Administrative Support:
- Assist the B2B sales support team with daily administrative tasks, including reviewing prompt and accurate responses to Travel Agencies , Affiliates and Onshore Sales Managers
- Manage and update the customer relationship management / Mondee (CRM) system with accurate and up-to-date information.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales team.
Customer Interaction:
- Serve as a point of contact for B2B customers, handling inquiries for ADM's , Chargebacks, resolving issues, and providing ccurtae information about products and services and assist in growing the B2B market share for Mondee Marketplace
- Assist in the preparation of sales performance presentations, proposals, and business improvement tailored to B2B clients.
Sales Coordination:
- Support the sales team in closing leads / enquiries to contribute towards our growing Market Share.
- Monitor and report on sales metrics, such as sales volume, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as Opstech and product development, to ensure alignment on B2B sales strategies and initiatives.
Process Improvement & Automation :
- Identify opportunities to streamline B2B sales processes and enhance efficiency. Adopt Automation and partner with Tech teams to pilot new initiatives and drive productivity and Sales
- Participate in the development and implementation of sales support tools and resources.
- Provide feedback and recommendations to improve the B2B customer experience and sales outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Must have hands on experience and highy proficient in all the GDS's : Sabre Amadeus, Galileo , WorldSpan
- Proven experience in a sales support, administrative, or customer service role within a Travel B2B environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in the industry relevant to the company's B2B products or services.
- Familiarity with B2B sales techniques and best practices.
- Knowledge of basic financial and accounting principles.
Requirement
Working Conditions:
- This position may require occasional travel to support B2B sales activities and customer meetings in north America.
- Standard office environment with opportunities for remote work, depending on company policy.
- This is a 100% Work from office assignment for all 5 days a week
