B2B Sales Role - Manufacturing (5-8 yrs)
Daily sales report - Sending update on daily activity of self & sales executive, progress in sale & collection, Status of unretired material at transport
Monthly report - Sending monthly update on sales & collection against target and any other pending issues
Visit plan and report updation - Update of customer visit plan and its report in ERP.
- Collecting machine technical & performance details from clients and to ensure it is updated in ERP on regular basis
- Follow up with customer for order/payment by visit or telephone
- Ensure that fully filled feedback forms are collected from customers
- Approval of claims/Credit Note - Making approval note for Credit Note /claim, if any and getting it approved
- Annual, half yearly and quarterly sale collection forecast and projection - sales planning, sale forecast for target setting
- Sales discount list - Preparing sales discount list for budget of next financial year and getting the same approved
