B2B Sales Role - IT Software (3-18 yrs)
- Responsible to own & deliver sales targets assigned at Cluster Level.
- Responsible to manage, lead, coach and drive a team of field sales executives in your cluster to deliver Specific App sales, Acquisition of high quality SMBs and generating leads for Big Ticket App sales
- Responsible for sale of Software, Services, Tender subscriptions etc - any Company offering on the platform in Individual capacity.
- Responsible to identify, onboard, lead and manage the relationship with Channel Partners and drive high quality business acquisitions and Software, services and sale of Company offerings
- Lead the discussions with Identified Business Associations in your cluster, conduct events/business meetings in collaboration with Associations or otherwise to build 1 to many awareness and drive sales through them.
- Collaborate with Delivery Team in nurturing existing SMB database and do upsell in your Cluster.
- Maintain and exceed targets in areas of # of clients and GMV from our SMB business.
- Drive sales funnel to augment customer acquisitions and represent Company in industry forums to drive awareness.
- Manage continuous relationship with existing customers for new opportunities
- Capture and share ground level market feedback on portfolio specific offerings and feature set based on a systematic need-gap analysis for customers in focus customer segments
- Attend weekly/monthly/quarterly review meetings with leadership
- Create & articulate compelling value propositions for Company services in coordination with the leadership
- Develop long-term strategic relationships with key stakeholders.
