JOB DESCRIPTION FOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT AND OFFICE MANAGEMENT of corporate & consulate

TechEngg Group Corporate & Maldivian Consulate in Mumbai is seeking an experienced and sincere Business & Office Manager for responsible for enhancing business, image and reputation of the Consulate- Corporate through proactive and professional communication to promote BUSINESS and RELATIONSHIPS.

Must Have Skills:

Administrative Support:

- Managing executives' calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments.

- Handling phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication on behalf of the executive.

- Preparing and editing reports, presentations, and documents.

- Organizing and maintaining files and records.

Travel and Itinerary Management:

- Arranging travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.

- Creating detailed travel itineraries.

- Ensuring executives have all necessary documentation for travel.

Meeting and Event Coordination:

- Planning and coordinating meetings, conferences, and events.

- Booking meeting venues and arranging catering.

- Taking meeting minutes and following up on action items.

Communication Liaison:

- Serving as a point of contact between the executive and other team members, clients, and external stakeholders.

- Screening and prioritizing communications, including phone calls and emails.

- Handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion.

Project Assistance :

- Assisting with special projects or assignments as requested by the executive.

- Conducting research and preparing data or reports for projects.

Time Management:

- Managing the executive's time effectively by prioritizing tasks and deadlines.

- Anticipating the executive's needs and proactively addressing them.

- Problem Solving and Decision Support:

- Assisting with problem-solving and decision-making processes.

- Conducting research to provide relevant information for decision-making.

Relationship Management:

- Building and maintaining relationships with key contacts, both internally and externally.

- Representing the executive and the organization professionally.

NOTE : Being flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and urgent requests. Maintaining the highest level of confidentiality regarding sensitive information. Exercising discretion in handling sensitive matters. Proficiency in using office software, scheduling tools, and communication platforms.

IMP: Prior experience as an administrative assistant, Technical secretary, or in a similar support role is typically preferred.

- Experience supporting high-level executives or leadership teams is always preferred.

- Should have the ability to convince and promote proposals of business and investments with good written and oral skills.

- Develop and implement public relations strategies and initiatives to promote the Consulate/Corporate and its activities.

- Serve as a liaison between the Consulate and media outlets, responding to inquiries and arranging interviews with Consulate officials and industry heads as necessary.

- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, business leaders, and community organizations, to promote the Consulate/Corporate's mission and investment objectives.

- Understanding bilateral relationship and policies between countries (MALDIVES-INDIA). Being able to track and monitor events, news triggers, and incidents that may have any impact (positive or negative) on such relationships in almost real-time through media or self-developed network.

- Should believe in self-motivation and have a drive from within to make things happen. Being a smart independent thinker and having good relationship building skills is a must.

Qualifications :

- MALE CANDIDATES with Engineering and MBA will be most preferred for Mumbai ANDHERI WEST office.

- PROFICIENCY IN COMPUTER Typing, Internet /Social-media AND OFFICE MANAGEMENT is a must.

- Experience in cleantech, environmental science, ESG, renewables, EV, Batteries, MINING Machinery will be an added advantage.

- Excellent proficiency in English both oral and written is a must.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in public relations / corporate or a related field, preferably in a diplomatic or government / corporate setting- media etc etc.

FROM LOCATION ANDHERI E/W or from AREAS of DIRECT METRO CONNECTIVITY TO ANDHERI (WEST) VEERA DESAI ROAD.

Salary;

INR 8-12 lakhs fixed with Rewarding Incentive and profits as variables in addition, depending on the performance and results which could be very rewarding.
