B2B Sales/Institutional Sales Role - Education (0-1 yrs)
- Reach out to our potential and existing ITI/Diploma Colleges to promote and sell our Products
- Build and maintain a good relationship with every client regardless of their responses
- Clarify client's questions about our products or services offered
- Arrange for webinars /career counselling at various ITI /Diploma Colleges
- Organise job fairs/Recruitment drives
- New business development to get renewable energy companies for their Recruitment
- Systematically keep track of the records of all the calls made and specifically note down every client's queries, understand their requirements and act as per the situation
- Make followup calls constantly, ask questions to understand clients needs and act accordingly
- Close sales with the potential ITI / Dipolma
- Handle any grievances of the client to preserve company reputation and report it to your Manager or Head of the Department"
