B2B Sales Development Role - Marketing Services Firm (3-8 yrs)
What we're looking for:
You will be our customer facing brand ambassador, empowered to reach out to clients old and new, and pitch them our innovative and exciting solutions.
What you'll be required to do
1. Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base and extends the company's reach.
2. Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts.
3. Schedule Customer Calls, Execute Follow-ups effectively on new leads and existing Accounts.
4. Look for avenues to upsell product/service offerings.
5. Document Customer interactions and Discovery Calls
6. Writing business proposals and Negotiating with stakeholders
7. Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
What you need to have
1. Exceptional command over written & spoken English- The job will involve extensive interactions with potential clients especially with executives from the corporate world
2. Proactive & a self-starter nature to identify leads & ensure appropriate action towards conversion into actual sales
3. Proven record of having performed in high-pressure situations- Ability to work under strict deadlines & targets [this will be similar to the ability to chase-down 200+ targets in T20 cricket]
4. A goal chaser mentality where you are driven and find innovative ways to meet your monthly/quarterly targets
